The aim of this project is to establish a national scholarship program for students with disability.

Summary
As part of the national strategy for capacity building and the Center’s vision to provide equal opportunity for everyone to become an important participant in national development, students with physical, sensory, or learning disability will be given the opportunity to pursue higher education. One hundred and fifty scholarship grants have been allocated as part of the King Abdullah Scholarship Program in which selected students will receive the necessary education in an environment that meets their aspirations and needs. The Center has identified international institutions of higher learning with the experience and reputation that meets the demands of students with special needs. The selection process and progress monitoring of students have been formulated based on pre-established criteria to ensure their success.
Our collaborator for this project is the Ministry of Higher Education, the governmental body that is in charge with the capacity development and a leading proponent of academic excellence.
