His Royal Highness, Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Chairman of the Board, issued decree number (18) dated (25/01/2009) mandating the formation of the Award’s Commission as follows:

5- Engineer Mazen bin Khalifa Al-Lahiq Al-Naeimi (Member).
6- Mr. Tariq bin Abdelhadi Taher (Member).

8- Dr. Talat bin Hamza Al-Waznah (Member).
9- Dr. Sultan bin Turki Al-Sedairy (Member).
